This report and business plan was compiled by myself, David Chettle. I believe that all of the statements and facts herein are correct and are made to the best of my knowledge.

The financial statement is only best effort projections and goals.

Based on these projections, the project is proven to be a viable and secure investment. One important factor should be kept in mind while reviewing the business plan. It is not our intention to borrow the funds to build the monument, but rather, we will be launching an aggressive fund raising campaign so as the Monument will be build DEBT FREE. As moneys are raised, we will proceed with the purchase of the land.

This project will be build and operated under the guidelines and accounting practices of the Evangelical Council of Financial Accountability
