LOCATION AND SITE: Branson, Missouri, USA

The site is an eight-acre hilltop on the west side of Branson with an elevation of 1260 feet. This is one of the highest sites in the area. The site is zoned commercial with water and sewer available and is approved for high-rise residential.  (See enclosed maps.) The view from this site is panoramic and the site can be seen from many locations throughout Branson. This site is, also, within 1/8 of a mile of the new high road. The monument will easily be seen from the high road.
